The Food tour hits Cambridge
October 22, 2012
On Saturday the Mission:Explore Food book tour visited Cambridge, and set up camp in the Children’s section of Heffers. The bookshop is one of my favourites, with its open layout, and great range of books. Tom, Helen and Dan were making mission booklets and I took my son along to join them for an hour and chat with a few people about our book and what we were up to.
We made impromptu music with walkie-talkies, planned funerals, designed scary scarecrows and talked 007 and C.S Lewis…

The food tour continues and the next event is at Stanfords in Bristol on the 1st of November
Thanks to Emily for the super picture….
Look forward to seeing some of you when the Geography Collective take part in the Somerset Geography Conference in Wells on the 5th of November… remember, remember…
